  • Its crazy because I have gone from 186 to 183 pounds. I know it probably water weight. However on sunday when I weighed myself I was 190. This PCOS gets on my nerves.   • So glad you posted this. I started insanity three days ago and its HARD work. I just hope by the end. I would have at least lost half the weight I have planned on loosing

  • I started Insanity 9-4-2011. I am a little sore, but I am so excited to change my body. I feel like I can real the world after I completed the Ploymetrics Cardio. I gotta work on my form. But its the greatest workout I have ever gotten. I am so excited to be transformed! I burned 370 calories doing the video.
