A night out after work can usually lead to 3/4 pints of cider and a few shots. Hi thanks, I usually don't drink that often (last night out with alcohol was over 2 months ago, so it's not something that will hinder my weightloss greatly. It's just birthdays/occasions when I will need to socialize which at the moment isn't too often!
