So you just log the excercise as normal, but just adjust the minutes until it matches the HRM? Still confused. If the HRM says 250 calories burned, and the cardio database says 215, do you adjust the time until it's closer to the HRM?

I get a little constipated if I eat a whole one. So I just eat half. Never had cramps from it though. Maybe you are banana intolerant? (Yeah, I just made that up, LOL!) A friend of mine says her little boy (just turned 1 yr old) can't eat them at all.

Not really... I like the Ocean Spray Craisins. Only 130 calories per 1/3 cup. I think most dried fruits have some sort of sugar added. My in-laws have a food dehydrator, so I am able to make my own if I want to. Might be a good investment!
