Good luck. I am 146.5 and would like to be under 130 I was a couple of years ago and wore a size 4. Really want to get back there. Up to a size 8-10 depending on clothes.

Started at 200 + and wore a size 22-24. Now at 146.5 and a size 8-10.

Hi thanks for the invitation. My goal for February are to get started exercising. I started the fitness course two weeks ago and still no exercise. Also to drink 6-8 glasses of water daily and lose 5 pounds in February.
