yeah insanity def gives good results I tried doing p90x last summer gave up too time consuming im doing another round of insanity since I gained wait always gotten good results had pregnancy and bad eating habits bring me back up but this time im gna try to maintain so far im down 5 lbs not too bad w/o following guide…

Yeah Dakota it's not easy I stop when I need to and my hen states my hem is 170-188 sometimes think it could be wrong who knows but I take breaks to bring it down or go slower tmm o start week too and it'll ne my weigh in day hopefully I see results even if I'm not following meal guide
