Lululemon and Kohls had some that had a sticky substance on the underside to keep them from slipping. I'm pretty sure a bead of hot glue would do about the same thing.

I liked Primal Blueprint and Wheat Belly, but I have known gluten issues so these helped with that a lot.

I'm 5'4 and at my highest weighed 170. I was still comfortably (though not always attractively) wearing a size 6. I went all the way to a 10 around that time which looked better but felt huge (I had gappy butt syndrome in those-guess there isn't a lot of junk in my trunk)

How often do you wash your workout gear? towels, sweatbands, clothes etc? Stuff that gets wet and dries, wet and dries, can smell mildewy after a couple of times. Just a thought.

The first few days of low carb can cause "withdrawl" type symptoms. I had it about 4 days before it went away. I actually feel tons better now that I am eating less carbs. I'm like a new woman.

Since it has real sugar and aspartame, it tastes better than diet dr pepper, but not as good as real dr pepper. I didn't realize it had aspartame until after I had bought a 12 pack. I am not a fan of the taste of aspartame. I finally just gave up all sodas and switched to water.

I'm not sure if you meant take Aleve and Motrin together, but that's really a bad idea, too much NSAID's is bad for your stomach. If you meant hot bath+ aleve (or motrin) then by all means go for it! Also, I've found epsom salts in the hot bath helps as well as taking fish oil a couple times a day.

That's happening to me too so I was wondering the exact same thing. I have to go back to my doctor soon and she wants me to "lose weight" what if I have lost inches but not a pound?

According to Wheat Belly by Dr William Davis, it is like an addiction (with withdrawl symptoms). Carbs/Wheat are the cause of lots of things, dibetes, inflammation, "tummy troubles," skin issues and acne. Eliminate the wheat, feel better. And apparently, the weight will just come off.
