I started Monday as well! It's really tough and I find myself pausing the vid to catch my breath frequently, which is kind of depressing since the vid is only 25 min long lol anyone else having endurance issues??

I just finished day two and I was doubtful that I would get an efficient workout in just 25 min. Yeah, I was definitely wrong! I had to take frequent breaks, i'm hoping by the start of week 2 my endurance will pick up. I definitely think it's worth the money. I'm personally not sticking to the diet plan, but I am trying to…
