                Ugh! Kids can be sooooo horrible. I was ridiculed all throughout elementary and middle school, so I know how bad it can feel. BUT good for you for not caving into binging! :flowerforyou:

                Well, I can't say I did great this weekend. I craved sweets and allowed myself to have a couple, but I wouldn't say I had a full blown binge because I was able to control myself and really didn't feel guilty for the sweets that I did have.                 I'm 5'3." My original goal weight was 125lb but now that I'm there, I'm shooting for 120 since I still have a little belly that I don't like. I've also focused more on strength training exercising to see if I can tone my body.

                Logging my binge has helped me tremendously along with these monthly challenges. I was flabbergasted at how many calories I can eat on one binge day, but logging all that helps me (1) to stop because I don't want that number to go up any more and (2) to see what type of foods trigger it.
