I over-ate so much this weekend and actually binged (I didn't log it all because it was bad) on Friday. It'd been almost a whole month since I had binged last. Ugh, and it's so hard to get back on track after a couple of bad days, but I'm trying. Me: 4 Binge: 1 (2/1)

Me: 30 Binge: 1 (1-6) This is my best since starting these challenges!! I've learned so much about myself and my connection with binge eating. Learning how to deal with my feelings and the triggers have helped me to keep the binge a little more at bay. Now I'm ready for the Feb. challenge. Bring it on!!!

My favorite is strawberry Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt with fruit on the bottom. This one has 80 cals, 12g of protein, and 6g of sugar. Once, I accidentally bought Dannon Oikos Greek nonfat yogurt with blueberry on the bottom and that has 130 cals, 12g of protein and 19g of sugar!! You gotta be careful with the sugars.

I hear ya. I've had to stop and ask myself what a binge is to me as opposed to just overeating. Only you know yourself, and everyone has different opinions of what a binge is to them. A binge to me may or may not be a binge to you. That's why I think Mollie doesn't outline the binge when she begins these challenges…

Crash diets don't work for me as well. If I go a few days with very low calorie amts, all kinds of cravings hit me hard and that's when I start binging. I'm still working on being able to enjoy food without losing control, though. You're doing really well! 23 days bing free is an awesome feat :)
