Leg lifts and leg v's have done wonders for my thighs. Along with my stationary bike. But I think the leg v's are the biggest help.

Sometimes I don't add in things like small portions of celery etc. I know what it is in my head but I don't necessarily put it into mfp 'cause I am always under anyway. So yeah some days I don't punch in my fruits or veggies but if its really all I've been eating that day I will put it in.

tea tea tea! (without milk or creamer) Watch out for too much gluten. Watery fruits & veggies are great (like watermelon and celery) I find that having a banana will help. The potassium does damage control on some excess sodium in your body and can get rid of bloating esp in the belly.
