Not supposed to hurt when you have an injury... that's just bad for your body. However I am healed up now and back in the groove of things.

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was only 12... so fortunately they caught it quickly. But it has taken MANY years for me to overcome the obstacles... it made my teenage years Hell when it came to weight fluctuations (that and the psych meds doctors put me on). But now here I am 12 years later and doing very well with it.…

I hate when that happens... I'm happy you're on a new leaf now.. but that feeling of going to look at photos from an event and seeing yourself and just wanting to cry. :flowerforyou: stay strong pretty lady! I know you're working on everything and so proud of you for that. I hope sooner than later you never have this…

I'm a huge fan of coconut milk, personally. They even make "ice creams" and everything. I am not a dairy lover/fan. And cutting it out of your diet could improve your health and weight loss. Just make sure you are making up for the vitamins and minerals.. but if you are getting the coconut milks etc they usually have those…

I hate the BMI personally... how it focuses so much on your weight and height. BF % is much more accurate.. along with actual measurements and general appearance. I can't be "properly diagnosed" due to my BMI. My BMI is around 22. So I'm still a healthy weight. And I'm sure most of you know under 18.5 is underweight. But…

Gonna have to drop out for April :( I hurt my knee (fluid in the joint and they think something is possibly torn) and can't do my cardio for at least the next couple weeks until I see the orthopedist.

I find drinking herbal teas really helps. They say teas with jasmine in them are really supposed to curb chocolate cravings. Not sure entirely how true that is but I like my chamomile tea.

I'd start with St. Ive's collagen lotion. I have loose skin on my tummy and I started using it and so far its the best cream I've used and it's not that expensive either. :)

It's very true that it's very hard for people who haven't had an eating disorder to understand what you are going through. They can say extremely insensitive things without trying to just because they don't understand. And sometimes because they don't understand it they may actually just walk away. (Not to say your family…

I am diagnosed with an eating disorder. Sometimes I find this site helpful (to see I'm not eating as much as I feel I am) sometimes I find it triggers my calorie obsession. You honestly need some sort of support system. The more you keep it to yourself the heavier its going to sit on your shoulders and you'll find you slip…
