I tried this....it was ok. There really wasn't much flavor. :o( I thought it was a lot of work...I'll be sticking with a tortilla. I has more carbs, but is way faster!!!

I'm not getting shin splints....I'm feeling tighness in my calf muscles. Would you recommend the same thing such as ice, stretching and more? I have been doing HIIT on the treadmill now for a month and it just started about a week ago. I was hoping this was a sign I was getting some muscles LOL!

lol...small chested too....also after brest-feeding, no more boobies... I'm pear shaped. When I lose weight it's always from the top first. Seems to take forever to lose the big butt and thighs :sad:

Yup! I have been dieing for cooked mushroom, so I tried a new recipe! I lighted the recipe a little. I double the mushrooms, used only half the cream cheese (4oz 1/3 less fat), also used EVO instead of veg oil. That made more then enough filling for the mushrooms and cut back on calories!!
