  • No theses are NOT the "zucchini tots", those are a little different and mini size. These Zucchini "Crab" Cakes are large (size of a burger) & it's "crab" because Old Bay seasoning!
  • These are wonderful! My mother in law made some for me! I LOVE this recipe! Yummy..... the zucchini gives you a full feeling and the Old Bay seasoning gives a great kick of flavor!!!

  • I use Welch's Reduced Sugar Strawberry Spread -it's like a preserves or jam!! 1 tbsp is only 20 calories!! Yummy, you can also put a little PB, but it will jump up the cals and fat count. If you look in my food diary you will see I eat one almost every day!:love: -"PB & J Rice Cake" hehehe
