Sounds good to me... I'm in. I just got one of those new counters that count stairs too and I have been using it for 4 weeks, but lately I have been slacking off... I keep it in my pocket all the time. Man, its amazing, on days when I am " in the house" I hardly tally any steps at all! The minute I get out, the number zooms right up. I've had a few days with 18,000, but then a few days with less than 3,000. My counter not only counts stairs, but also has a walkathon donation function built in and will occassionally throws out challenges that motivate me ( if I look at it, )especially during the commercials at night!:happy:0

In March I was 29 for 31 with 168.98 miles walked; in April I was 29 for 30 with 193.18 miles walked.
Going for a perfect 31/31 in May, and at least 200 miles.

I'd love to be able to do this, however, I have a desk job and a 1.5 hr commute every day. Suggestions? P.S. I get up at 5:30 and go to the gym 3x wkly to work with a trainer.0

Sounds like you don't have much time to do dedicated walking, but you can try to make it part of your day by increments.

I employ a lot of them. Some, like parking at the far end of the lot may seem like they'll take more time but I've found I follow folks into the lot. I park at the far end and am approaching the entrance and see them still looking for the 'close' spot. You'll also save a little gas doing that.0 -
