Challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!

It's easy to join - Just post here to begin!

You will need a step counter to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

    My pedometer has walked so will have to get anew one, I know for sure I walked at least 5,000 today!

    The inexpensive Sportline ones at Walmart seem to do just fine if you need to replace your counter.

    I'm in,, I'm also doing the Global Corporate Challenge starting next month for a total of 16 weeks. anybody heard of it, I got involved thru my office.

    I'm in - but my goal will be slightly less than 10,000 to start - I have to build up (knee replacement a year ago and not quite back to "normal"). How do we do this? Come back and edit our posts every day?

    Just wondering does anyone here use a Fitbit Ultra? I have a Omron pedometer, that I like but thinking about up grading.
