wow. i'm amazed at you all. i'm not going to even make 5,000 today.
but today is my first day back keeping track and paying attention.
I really want to be more active.
It's fun to see how much everyone is getting in every day.

I didn't realize how hard it is to keep getting over 10,000 until I started this challenge a couple months ago. If I don't make a big effort, I only get 3,000-5,000/day. This challenge keeps me trying to get moving and I like that. My average last month was 9,700ish/day so I had a number of days that were down. That's just life. My husband and I like to walk in the evenings and it has been the best thing in the world.0 -
Hi everyone
Just wondering does anyone here use a Fitbit Ultra? I have a Omron pedometer, that I like but thinking about up grading.
Any thoughts ? Thanks
I have a Fitbit Ultra and it synchs just fine with MFP. I love it! Adjusts for exercise, and this site allows you to register FitBit calories earned or to delete them. I've found it a very useful (and charming!) device. It's definitely motivated me to climb more stairs and to get my 10,000 steps in. So... I'm in for the May challenge!0 -
