  • I try not to have cheat days now that I'm really trying hard to lose weight. But if I have the need, its for special occasions only.....birthdays, visiting with out-of-state guess, hitting a mini goal....you do have to treat yourself once in awhile!!! :o)

  • Cooking light has wonderful recipes!!! They are pretty simple and very kid friendly (got 4 kids!) Also the magazine subscription it's not bad.....I just renewed....$24 for 2 years!

  • I LOVE MY GYM!! Everyone is just so nice and HAPPY to be there! Plus there is a indoor pool!! So those days you're just kinda sore or maybe a little tired to do cardio, you can relax with a nice swim....in a heated pool!!

  • Exercise calories...... what do you do? I don't eat my calories back unless I'm hungry and need a small snack. I feel that if your busting your butt at the gym to burn calories why eat them back? In not doing so, you'll hopefully get a better weight loss while adding muscle!
