It depends. Are you trying to get into ketosis or are you just trying to cut back on some carbs? Ketosis usually requires 50g or less (but some people are lucky and can eat 100g)

I love the cookie dough ones. I bought a bunch of boxes during their Black Friday sale and made the mistake of buying the Strawberry Cheesecake ones. Blech. Edit: The brownie ones are good when I'm craving cakes.

Those quotes didn't say how many calories constitutes starvation mode. If the goal was 1200cal for women, that would mean I've been in starvation mode for the past month and a half. Yeaaahhh no thx. I lost 25 pounds since October eating actual food and not working out. All you need to do is stop eating crap and have a calorie deficit. I couldn't even drink it if I wanted to.
