I dice them up (as I would for soup or stew) lay them out on a cookie sheet and freeze for 1 Hour, then put them in a freezer bad and the next time you need diced celery, it's ready to go. I do this with almost all of the veggies: onions, celery carrots, sweet corn, peas, squash, etc. Really almost anything.

I just started working with Kettlebells last week. I purchased the DVD, Iron Core Kettlebell workout from Amazon for about 8 bucks. I am still working on form and proper use, but I sure can feel it! I can't wait to get into the "Boot Camp" workout that they have with this set.
