I was on 1200 cals per day and had the same problem so i changed it for 2 days to 1400 and began to loose again. Maybe try 2 days a week at a different calorie intake until your body adjusts again. Also i eat back some of my excercise calories to meet the net target.And you need to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day,…
