wellllllll as much as i am enjoying my new size 10 body (after having 5kids never thought i'd get there!).... i could NEVER cut out my once a week choccy treat. never ever ever lol. So my conclusion - why can't we have a happy medium? works for me!x

Completely agree with Nikki, i hardly ever meet my calorie goal but i eat 3 meals and snack and continue to lose at a steady speed plus exercise 5-7 times a week so why change wot i know works?x

1) after having 5 kids i wanna be a 'yummy mummy' not just a mummy 2) want my hubby to be proud of his wife 3) and the obvious, wanna look HOT haha x

I do zumba on my wii. Since having my 5th baby 6months ago ive lost 3.5 stone and dropped 3dress sizes. I def think it was the zumba as was quickest i've eva lost my bby weight. Ps its soooo much fun!x

i allow myself one 'binge' day a week if my friday weigh in shows a loss. normally tht friday evenin i'll scoff biscuits and crisps etc, then back to behaving sat thro to nxt weigh in. i have no idea if this is healthy or right etc, but i've been losing 2lbs a week since december so it clearly workin for me lol x

I'd like to join y'all please ladies! Have a steady loss of 2lbs a week, but EVERY weekend have a binge on biscuits and crisps which means during week i have to work my *kitten* off to get back on track lol! Current weight is 134lbs, end of May target weight set is 126lbs x

I wellllll dont have an regime. Just do what i fancy tht day lol. Consists of Zumba on WII, WII fit exercises or workout DVD's. And i workout out at least half hour to an hr, 5-7times a week x

dont fret at all bbe. Tht loss is amazin! my baby girl (my fifth) is 15weeks old. ive lost 46lbs by just exercising and eatin well. as your doin this already you'll be fine. For the tummy area, do core exercises hun x

I used to be addicted to weighin everyday. really got me dwn, would fluctuate 2/3lbs dependin on when i exercised, how much i drank etc. Now i only do it every friday mornin, and for past 3weeks ive had 2lb loss a week. makes me happier and i dont fret as i did weighin every day x

ive had 5 kids since 2004, and i'm currently the lightest ive been weighin 140lbs. Havin babies is not an excuse, but you have to have the motivation to lose the weight. I gained 3 stone every pregnancy and my youngest is 18 weeks and im back to pre natal size 12 already. thts not dwn to one of those lucky bodies tht…

omg. i am in exactly the same boat! have lost 12lbs an have been stuck at 154 lbs for a fortnight now. But i have been trackin my measurements and i am losing inches although i am not losing it in weight x

At 28years of age i have children, no matter how much weight i lose after pregnany the baby pouch remains. As people have pointed out, it will shrink as you get lighter. Healthy eating and general everyday exercise will help. An my biggest tip ... SPANX haha :laugh: x
