  • I've noticed when I eat (hard boiled) eggs for breakfast (add in maybe some Ezekiel sprouted bread w/ avocado + black pepper) I'm full even past lunch time. If you like oatmeal, I'd echo the other poster and add some type of nut or nut butter and fruit to hold you through. Good luck!

  • Jack Link's original beef jerky! 120 calories for 1.5 oz, while it does have a lot of salt, it sure beats my staple 5-layer burrito at taco bell (550+ calories). Keeps me fuller longer than veggies/fruit/fiber one original cereal on those super hungry days.
  • I like lactose free milk... but in terms of those choices (my family) drinks almond milk. It doesn't have the chalky taste like soy milk, and I stay away from all things coconut (doc's orders for my hypercholesterolemia).
