  • About 250, i'm 5'3 and only 24. :P I never want to be that heavy ever again! i'm down to 239 now, thanks to this wonderful website! <3 I blame a lot of it on having kids and birth control, but i should have been watching what i was eating and exercising sooner.

  • I find the Wii scale to be pretty accurate. As long as you aren't on thick carpet like ours. :P I'd say it's ok to use it as your main scale. :)
  • Thanks everyone! :) So how often do you all work out? We went for a 30 minute walk today, which is a lot more than what we usually do. Boys and I mostly just sit around the house. BUT that is slowly changing!
