Hey all! I haven't posted my times in a while since I was in the process of moving. But my total for the month of June was 1473, so just barely over. That makes three months in a row! I'm really happy that I found this challenge as it has def helped motivate me. I can't wait for July's!

I'm in too! I did it with a group on here in May and really enjoyed it. I am going to take rest days this time through, however, because I got injured the last time through.

I'm really happy with my results so far. I've lost six pounds! I have been having pain in the arch of my foot though so I had to take it easy this weekend. I took Saturday off (the first day I've missed) and yesterday I did the video with altered moves at about 60%. I'm hoping that I'll be back to a hundred percent in a…

Yeah I was bummed about level 2 not being on youtube also. I feel like overall I'm doing pretty well. I've had some knee pain and pain in my thighs but it's gotten some better. I'm on day 11 (starting level 2 today) and I can see a difference in my body already!

Hey I'm doing my last level 1 work out tonight! I'm scared to move to level 2 also, but excited for the challenge. Have you noticed any progress yet? I can for sure see a difference in my stomach! I'm amazed to see results so quickly...

When I woke up this morning, my knees were aching. I did a 15 minute stretch routine and they feel a bit better now. (We'll see how my workout goes this evening though.) I've been trying to do extra stretching everyday since starting 30 day shred because I really don't think the video has enough.

I finished April at Me: 21 LNS: 9 Not too bad! I'm sure that keeping track GREATLY helped to keep me in line. My goal is to beat this record in May!
