Awesome job girl!!! Now that is getting after it and making it happen. Good luck and keep on running. I see a 10K in your future.

Awesome job my friend!!! Keep it going, lifestyle changes are tough but worth it.

I agree with this guy, you are not ready! Well said my friend.

Working out is only half of the equation, the most important part is the diet and what you eat. Help your friend learn the proper way to eat and the foods he should be consuming. It's not hard to do you just need a good plan and some knowledge. I myself had one part of the equations wrong for many years and once I learned…

Wow!! Congratulations, you are an inspiration to a lot of young women out here looking to do the same. Great job!

I have stayed at the Hard Rock off the strip a few times. Very nice property with a young vib and is not too large.

Don't worry about times, treadmills, pace, or length of the run. Just get out there and get moving, walk, run, sprint, it really does not matter. Just do it 5 days a week and the results will come. Start slow and increase as your body tells you, before you know it your mile time will drop and your distance will increase.…

I do scrambled eggs with lots of fresh fruit. Two to three days a week I make smoothies with protein powder, frozen friut, banana, milk and water. Just say no to drive thru windows in 2013 and you will be good to go.

I would not count sports drinks, carbonated beverages, tea, etc... toward your fluids, only pure water. I personally would stay away from all the above due to the sugar and empty calories they contain. When you drink pure water you have no hidden calories or additives to worry about.

The shoes you displayed look like cross training shoes. They will work but are somewhat heavy. I would get a good pair of running shoes and only use them when you run or walk. A good sporting goods store can lead you in the right direction. Start slow and work your way up to jogging, it's a process you must learn and your…

Look at it as a lifestyle change, not a diet. Hopefully by now you have developed a taste for new and heathly foods. Treat yoursellf to foods you enjoy on occasion, just use moderation.

You are my new hero! Rock it girl, you look great!!!!!
-
I would say your issue is with your diet. Open up your diet tracking and you will get all the feedback you can handle. Stay with it!

You are going to be sore because you have not been exercising. Start slow and after a few days the soreness goes away. You will adjust. Embrace the soreness as it is a result of your hard work. Remember, this is a lifestyle change, not a short term fix.

Look awesome, great smile!!! Keep it up.
-
Great progress! Keep it up and you will reach your goal!

$100 pair of running shoes, no doubt!

Simple, get a new boyfriend.Show him the door.

Plan on hiking Torrey Pines, its on the coast and the trails are easy and you will not get any better scenery anywhere. They have a nice little vistors center as well. Have fun!!

Sounds like you need a good dose of disipline, if you want to lose some weight then commit to it and get it going. lack of disipline will wreck the plan. Move forward and forget about it.

Don't give up yet, you can do this and if you follow a few simple rules. I looked at your food for 1 week and did not see any chicken, which is the best source for lean protien. I would also recommend cutting out the processed foods and eat more fresh veggies and salads. Cut out the butter and cut back on the cheese. You…

Nice excuse but I don't buy your BS! We are about the same age and I know for a fact that you can lose weight. Just be honest on your profile and track everything you eat. Follow the instruction of the software as stated before. Also, make smart eating choices. The key to losing pounds starts in the kitchen, stay away from…

I strength train 3 days a week and do cardio 7 days a week. I don't track my strength training only the cardio. I consider the strength training a bonus and use those calories burned for other miscalculations I may make. Pluse that is just to much to keep track of IMO. Just my 2-cents.

coffee is coffee, and water is water, don't confuse the two. Beer is made of 95% water, would you count that as water? Keep your water separate and count only water.

Gave up soda 15 years ago, one of the smartest decsions I have ever made. Takes a little will power at first.

Too much junk in your diet. Cut the processed foods and add more fruits, veggies, and lean protien. Have a more balanced diet and you will find yourself feeling better and more than likely will see postive results.
