My cravings are horrible the day before my period. I really try not to give in but if I HAVE to have something, I'll just have a tablespoon of peanut butter and a few chocolate chips. That usually helps. There really is never an excuse to binge, but sometimes we all have a slip up.

isn't it awesome? i wasn't so sure at first either but now i won't have a smoothie any other way. i use frozen fruit in mine along with protein powder and ground flax seed.

i love the shred! it's a great workout, but be careful because there are a lot of jumping moves. i ended up with achilles tendonitis in both ankles because i wouldn't stop. just listen to your body and it's ok if you need to take a break for a few days. good luck!
