I just finished week 5, too!! I was so proud of myself for that 20 minute run! I actually ended up going longer than 20 minutes because I was so close to 2 miles, that I had to get to 2 miles. I don't know that I have ever ran 2 miles straight!!

I wanna join! I actually just started the 30 Day Shred this morning, so I'm right on target with you guys. I am also doing Couch to 5K, starting week 2 tonight. SW is 173.6. Arms - 15 1/4" Upper waist - 34" Lower waist- 39 1/16" Hips - 44 3/16" Thighs - 27 1/4"
