Outside! If I run on the treadmill, I can maybe last for 15 minutes, but I get so bored and quit. When I run outside, I can run for hours! So much better! But I guess I gotta get used to the treadmill when winter comes :(

When I was at a healthy weight (BMI of 19) my thighs definitely still rubbed together. Only now, at an unhealthy weight due to health reasons (BMI of 16.5) do they have a gap. So no, you definitely do not need to have a thigh gap to be at a healthy weight!! It all depends on the person, too. Some people just have wider set…

I've been vegan for about 7 months now! I originally went vegan for animal rights reasons, but I've realized it's done wonders for my health! Since going vegan, I feel like I have more energy, I feel stronger, healthier and less tired. It's been the most incredible change in my life and I'll never go back!

I eat oatmeal almost every morning for breakfast but I'll switch it up. Like, one morning I'll have chocolate oats with coconut butter and the next day carrot cake oats and then another day I'll have apple cinnamon oats with PB :) But, I love my oats!

I also repeatedly slap myself in the face and legs with the skipping rope and get ginormous red welts all over me body. Why do I continue to use the skipping rope....it's not really worth it :P

I do silly things all the time. My latest one? I was reaching for an exercise ball (they're up high on a rack on a wall) and there was this super hot guy in the room. I knew he could see me so I reached for the ball all nonchalantly and cool. I lost sense of my balance and tripped a bit, causing at least 5 exercise balls…
