  • So I started walking for 30 minutes (nothing strenuous - just a walk) and I cut WAY back on the peanut butter - only once every few days instead of every day - and things are starting to move! Down 7.5 pounds now, in three weeks which isn't half bad. I'll take it! When I see that number drop on the scale it's just…
  • I have been eating peanut butter as a snack almost every day, but I am diligently measuring it. I'll cut back, and see what happens!
  • For me I think that's the case. I get so excited to see what I've potentially lost, and then am always disappointed, so I think that's another thing I'm going to do.

  • I've only been doing this for 5 days and I'm down 5 pounds. A bit flabbergasted by it, and wondering why I haven't tried Atkins before, because I feel better than I have in months.
  • Thanks y'all. On Day 5 now and the symptoms (especially the headaches!) have abated, and I'm feeling really good. Better than I have in months!
  • A gentleman comes in to my gym regularly wearing a kilt. And then he changes into his "workout" kilt. No word on whether he's actually wearing anything under said kilt (hopefully he is as he straddles the weight benches - a lot!) There's also a dude with Tourette's who wears a T-shirt that says "Why yes, I am crazy" as he…
