Have a small fridge that has a lock on it that only your Hubby has for all the junk food he keeps buying! and for some really good food I make , that is to good .

My son had this in his kitchen and told me it's a seed. He and his wife are on a grain free diet. I have some now just need to find how I like it best. The last time I ate it I got very constipated and so have been nervous about eating it again. :sick: :embarassed:

What motivates me: This could mean different things like who inspires me or encourages me. My friends and family for one do this. I want to live while I'm here, get rid of 9 medications, plus OTC stuff, fit into clothes that I don't pay more for, and look good for my age of 67. This web sites motivates me also.

For better sleep I take prescription medicines, Valerian Root by Sundown, Nature Made Sleep, and Melatonin. I have had insomnia for years and most of the time this here works for me.

I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOUR SAYING and I don't get PMS. I have had my Hubby put a lock on a small fridge and only he knows how to get in there. I met my future husband in my home when he came and I would spy on him trough a hole in the wall from my bedroom! I stole a photo of him from my brother. I have bad knees and hips. I'm 67 years old. I try to strengthen knees and hips with various on floor and standing exercises. I do hurt but am getting better just need to keep it up.
