I don't think that you need to "obsess" about food and exercise to keep weight off. Once you find an exercise regimen that you enjoy, and learn to eat the foods you enjoy while staying at your calorie goal, there is no "obsession" necessary. I tried the mint chocolate chip one - you need to definitely let it thaw for a good 10 minutes. The consistency was like ice cream but not the taste - it kind of reminded me of flavored cool whip. I don't really think it's worth the money; it was like 6 bucks for the pint.

Chicken bowl, no rice, black beans, fajita veggies, sour cream, cheese and hot sauce. Lots of food and only around 500 calories. :smile:

Three eggs fried in 1 tbsp of butter - topped with whatever you like...hot sauce, etc. I eat breakfast at about 5AM and don't eat lunch till about 11:30AM. I am hungry by the time lunch time rolls around but by no means starving. The fat/protein content is what keeps me full.
