You need to drill down your logging. Example: One of your entries was "Generic - Grilled Cheese on White Bread, 1 sandwhich" Instead of just selecting a generic sandwich out of the database, select the actual brand of bread and cheese you used. What everyone else said - just look up something similar in the database. Example: I order a shrimp burrito from one of my favorite hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurants. I log it as a shrimp burrito from Rubio's.

I'm pretty much the opposite. I cater to everyone else. It kinda sucks, but that's just who I am. I put everyone else before myself.

2 lbs/week would be the max that would be recommended for someone your weight. 3-4 lbs/week would not only be difficult to achieve; it would also cause you to lose muscle mass in addition to fat. I can still lose 100 lbs and be in a healthy weight range, and I have my goals set to lose 1lb/week.

The thousand Island and BBQ sauces were good. I haven't tried anything else... I've heard that the syrup is pretty good.

I used to do the same thing! Mom: "Have you eaten?" Me with a fully belly: "No..." Mom proceeds to make a huge dinner under the assumption that I was starving. I eat it and probably take seconds. Sigh!

Off the top of my head... 2 chipotle burritos or a whole bag of potato chips or 3+ cans of Chef Boyardee Spaghetti (wtf did I love so much about Chef Boyardee?) or about $20 worth of McDonalds :frown:
