TMI, but I don't think I had a period for over two years (at 300 pounds). Now, I'm "regular". It's like clockwork.

LOL, that has to be terrible. I've been craving froyo lately and thought, "hey! they have their own scale, so it should be easy to figure out how much yogurt i'm eating!" nope. also, the weight includes the cup you put the yogurt in. :grumble:

Aw, out of the mouths of babes is right! I once had a 5 year old girl tell me the same exact thing: "You have a really big belly". I was at a birthday party, and she said it in front of a bunch of people! I think her mother was more mortified than I was.

Nope, weigh it dry. The measurements are off when you cook it, based on how long you cook the pasta (how much water is absorbed, etc). Yeah, 2 oz of pasta is pretty skimpy unfortunately!

QFT. The most reasonable piece of advise I have read on here is "Start, and don't stop". The little details don't matter as much as the big picture.
