I have clothes in various sizes from previous weight loss ventures...I as bound and determined that I would need those smaller sizes again! also I have a sister who likes to give me hand me down...I'm not too proud to accept her fat clothes! Some days (work out days) it is easier to just live in sweats! I am a Stay at home…

keep up the great work...you and I have almost the same goals and are almost the same spot! I weigh in only once a week on Thrusday so hopefully I will be at 20 too!

I am so proud of you! It just goes to show that you have to do it for yourself and so does your husband. He had to decide on his own that it was time to make a change! I have dieted most of my adult life but until you are ready to make that leap it just will not work. Keep up the good work! Michelle
