2 oz precooked will plump up to a decent portion. Would fill you up especially if paired with a salad or other veggies. there is also the spaghetti alternative: Shirataki noodles usually sold in the refridgerated section (my grocery store has it where they sell the refridgerated tofu).

use a food scale. I like to weigh my food in grams because I feel it is more accurate than ounces.

I would go to the Dr and have it checked out you possibly need to have a liver fuction test done. there are so many things that affect the liver so even if you feel like you have been improving your health, something as simple as taking tylenol will affect it if your liver isn't functioning normaly. I have a couple of…

Even though I am still on this weight loss journey, My husband is trying to maintain. He went from about 1500 calories to 2200. He still has trouble fitting in the extra 700. He continues to lose weight on some weeks and has yet to find the perfect balance. He usually eats a pretty light breakfast like around 350 calories,…

tell your son that if he wants to do a specific job in the military (obviously he has to have the test scores to qualify), to tell the recruiter that this is the job I want, I will wait for it to come available and don't call me if it doesn't. That is what I did and I got what I wanted. Don't want him to get stuck in a job…

soooo.....after correcting my vo2.... I was short changing myself about 100 calories which...I am trying to look at it in a positive light...at least I wasn't thinking I was burning more than I was!

I used the chart on the site you posted and decided to set it at 30 before I saw your last post (above). cant wait to work out today and see what the difference is. Why would Polar use 18 and their default setting?! How many 75yo with emphysema are in their normal demographic?! anyone else have an F6 that came set…

Ok so I was playing with my f-6 trying to figure it out since this thread got me wondering.....I found it under user settings. It was set to 18.

you can log it in as curcuit training. Or you can enter in your own just like you do with food if you have a hrm an know the actual calories burned which is what I do.

you start letting people take your photo instead of hiding behind someone or having a kid on your lap. or only letting it be neck up!

one thing may be that it isn't tight enough...I wear mine pretty tight to ensure it doesn't move. the other thing is that it may be too dry. I wet mine with a little water before I put it on but I have seen that they sell conductive gel you can also use.

keiko...thanks for the recipe for the crust...cant wait to try it. (got my Husband a pizza stone for the BBQ grill for father's day) I know he will appreciate having fresh crust too. ...LOL.. just dawned on me that I am gonna make him use it on his day!
-
I make mine with a can of fire roasted tomatos and add either dried italian herbs or if I have it on hand fresh basil and oregano and put it in the food processor and that is it. would love it if anyone would like to share their recipe for homemade crust...been buying the premade stuff from trader joe's but would like to…

I would assume that would mean that you weren't eating enough calories especially on your work out days...do you eat any of your exercise calories on a regular basis?
