  • Interesting comments about the weightlifting. That doesn't help me loose weight, cardiovascular workouts like jogging and karate do. In fact weightlifting makes me very hungry, I've accepted on weightlifting days I will be eating a couple of 100 calories more than on only cardiovascular days. Weird.
