I agree if your not hungry then don't eat, just remember to stop eating 3 hours before you go to bed. other wise your body just holds on to the fat/ sugar or whatever else is in the food.

If you want Pizza go get it. its not eating what you like its just eating a smaller portion then you use to. so if you use to eat 5 pieces then only eat 2. Another option is i know here in Michigan a few of our pizza places like Jets (my favorite) have lunch specials so you can get 2 pieces and a pop (or in my case water)…

This is a support group not only for weight loss but for our lives. Most weight gain is caused by emotional stress. Im hoping this doesn't make her gain weight and if she needs help at least she knows she can ask for it
