IDK about you but when my "Lady friend" comes and visits i gain between 4-8 lbs in a week. Or it could be water weight. Sometimes it takes your body a few weeks to catch up with what your doing. Your doing GREAT!!!! you are losing about 2.5 lbs a week!!!! Thats amazing i wish i could do that. I've been on here for 145 days and have lost 24 lbs. I understand that it may not seem like a lot or that you should be losing it quicker but your doing something right :-D you go girl!!!!

I've lost 17 lbs and i haven't noticed at all yet. A few of my friends have said they have but they know i'm trying so i think they were just trying to boost my ego. lol i'm thinking i should see something around 30 lbs. Hang in there, Its a slow process but its a process that works :-D

For me, my drs say i should b 185 lbs and i'm 6'1. I dont think i will look right so i have a few different goals. My first to get under 300 by the end of the year, then 250, and i'm going to see how i feel when i'm 250 if i feel i want to lose more i can. You just need to do what your comfortable with.

I am in the 340s and i jog, not for long mind you but you have to do what feels comfortable to you and listen to what your body tells you. I usually jog for about 10 min 1 a week maybe once every other week, depending on how i feel. Just start off slowly and work your way up.

My issues with the frozen meals because i was doing that for a while, is that there is SOOO much sodium and i already consume alot of sodium even though i never add salt to ANYTHING

Not much, i like chicken, turkey is ok, i like beef. Thats it meat wise. I dont really like veggies, corn and peas are about it. i do eat a pretty good amount of fruit. i like all the bad things, pasta, cheese, bread those kind of things

i could never do it nor would i ever want to. it just seems strange to me. why would u want to put ur body though that, maybe i just dont understand it but it just seems to much more hurtful to your body then helpful

My boyfriends mom is doing WW and has done GREAT, shes lost about 65 lbs. We have basically figured out that 1 WW point is almost equal to 40 Calories give or take. Also you have to remember when your counting your calories you count EVERYTHING. with WW you get free fruits and veggies. Hope it helped!!! :-D
