Rasberry Ketone?!?!?!?!?

So i was wondering if anyone has taken the raspberry Ketone and if it works. Also how is it different from any other fat burner out there. i don't watch Dr. Oz but my boyfriends mom does and showed it to me. I guess I'm just trying to decide if its worth me getting some or not.
