I feel the same way. I am trying to motivate myself to exercise in the morning but I don't get up as early as you do. If I could just get up by 5:15am then I would have plenty of time. I do agree with the lunch idea. I try to walk at lunch, some days even run but just can't stand the "salty" feeling with no showers…
