Ok, so there is no listing for "cardio". How do I enter this in my exercise profile?? I don't have the first clue as to how many calories I should have burned to even pick something similar. I absolutely :heart: :heart: :heart: my gazelle!! Mine has a counter on it and I have found that I get about 200 calories for 30 minutes unless I really power into it. Whenever I log it into MFP I just use the elliptical setting and enter the calories manually. I also just found a Total Body Trainer by Jake on craigslist…

So, I just did the Home Body Fat Test that someone posted a little while back. It says I am at 20.5% body fat. I have 37 lbs of fat and 146 lbs is the rest of me.
