I have the same problem. Drink more water will help. YOU need a minimum of 8 glasses a day anyhow. I have also found that eating a bowl of oatmeal cooked with water, and eaten plain is not very tasty but will fill you up. Anything that doesn't have many calories helps to fill you.

I have found that 1/2 cup of the Quaker 1 minute oatmeal cooked with 1 cup of water, and only add fruit. like berries, or banana or a peach gives you the nutrition you need and very few calories. My problem I contend with is keeping my sodium down to under 1500 mg per day seems to limit my calories a lot.
