One of my favs for breakfast is oatmeal with mashed up banana (I use half a banana) sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and it tastes like banana bread. =) No sugar needed.

When I was 14 I was having really bad knee pain. and my doc said, word for word. "You're fat, lose weight." Needless to say I found a woman doctor who then treated me for my pain, got a couple shots for the pain and went to physio to strengthen my knee ligaments. And I have had no pain since.

Could it possibly be muscle you are gaining? How about body measurements, are you keeping track of that? It would give you a good idea to start doing that if you aren't already. And ditto to the other poster. Eat those calories.

Oh I still felt sick a few hours afterwards. I'm 266 lbs and I haven't done that kind of cardio in a long long time. I also have high blood pressure, so I need to take it easy sometimes, though I still try to be mobile if I can't do an exercise.
