I'm 5'4" and my highest was 330 lbs. I weighed today at 277. It's taken me a long time though because I go up and down all the time. :( My lowest was 260. I'm trying to get back on track again.

I really enjoyed it. I did it only once because A) I have limited space and B) I have problems with my sciatic. I liked it though, was a great feeling.

I'm actually gonna do this tomorrow. I walked for 5 hours today and now I can barely stand cause my sciatic nerve is KILLING ME!!!! I need to rest for the rest of the night and get on this tomorrow and whatever else challenge we have.

I had to play catch up! I couldn't do 15 mins of jump rope, so I did as long as I could and alternated with marching in place. HOLY CRAP!!! And I did 250 crunches, cause 200 was part of Charger's Monday mini challenge, and i did 3 REAL LIVE pushups!!! And the rest were girlie lol I have sweat on my carpet lol
