i bought some 100 cal protein bars (cliff bars) and as well york peppermint patties. As far as candy goes, licorice ( twizzlers) and the like ( anything red....jujubes, jellybeans etc...) i can't just have the 1 serving size and quit so better not to start. If you do find you slip up once in a while, and it'll happen as it has with most of us. Start fresh after you've realized it, "get up, wipe the dust off, and get back on track". Don't wait til lthe next day and don't beat yourself up about it. Admitting and acknowedging it if a huge step. We're all in the same boat…
