WOW! After reading this I can see a lot of the same "symptoms" in myelf (the cravings for junk food, the metal cage around my head, the fat increase, the stalled weight) after upping my coffee comsumption back to where it was prior to my weight loss journey. I was hoping the caffeine would suppress my appetite enough and…

My husband has his tongue pierced, but I don't think that makes any difference or added benefits.

That's so awesome! You are gorgeous and so amazing!
-
Much love and will def include all of you in my prayers! :brokenheart:

I hate when that happens! It happens generally when I go out to eat. It's so much better in my mind, lol. But i agree with the fried pickles! They are AWESOME! Sometimes we make sorta questionable decisions that we end up regretting. Hopefully we learn our lesson, but I know that has been the hardest part for me! :blushing:

If she has such a great sense of smell, tell her to smell it from the other room and quit bein a creeper! LOL. That's a wierd request from someone!

Corn flakes, unless I pile them with sugar and half and half. Since my day doesn't generally allow for it, no flakes for me!

Awesome! I am so excited for you! You have lost a lot and things will just keep getting easier!

OOOOH! That makes me actually want to start doing Jillian like I'm supposed to be! You got amazing results and I am stoked that you took so many pics to document the changes. Thank you thank you!

Way too amazing for words! I am thrilled for you! :drinker:

You are doing awesome! At this rate you might get to have it taken in before the wedding too! Victory!

LMBO! Love it!!!! They were probably insecure, and definitely were spouting nonsense. They didn't ever learn to share? Most gyms have plenty of room in the weight section for them too. I have found that lifting does raise my testosterone level, but not signifigantly, (ONLY MY HUBBY NOTICED, IF YA GET MY MEANIN'…

Holy toledo Batman! You look awesome and sexy!

Phenomenal definition on the arms, and I can see a lot of weight lost in your face too! (I think it's officially time for smaller shirts for you!) LOL You are doing so awesome and I am so excited for you!

I am going thru that right now! I want everything! My cravings are generally ice cream and sweets, but the tostitos with lime are calling my name!

Mine are 17", and I completely echo the pain in the butt that is boot shopping. I love boots but can't zip them, and stretchy ones won't pull on. I wear mostly ankle boots :brokenheart:

My sweet tooth tries to do me in too! But I try to eat more fruit, a lot of sweet, less processed flour and such. It helps that I am Gluten free (not by choice) :explode: so I can't eat all the bakery items. Good luck and just keep trying.

In my opinion a six foot man should weigh between 170-200lbs. My hubby is 6 foot and weighs 215-220 and isn't very much fat. If he got under 200 I think his bones would stick out. He has very thick wrists and wide shoulders so he must be a thicker body type (not to mention the cro-mag brow ridges he has). My brother on the…

One of my friends does pull-ups. You might try doing dips also.

I sure hope so! LOL! I want to see some big changes from myself before summer.

I wash my inside doors frequently! I would say every other month, but it should be done every other week! They get smudges, dirt and grime on them from being touched. Your step-daughter was being wierd. How would she know if everyone else did it? LOL! I'm sure none of her friend's moms do it when she is watching. I know I…

Awesome! It's the little victories that get us through the weeks, we can't get to our goal super fast, but little goals and suprises like the one you had today keep up going for it! I'm so glad that you get excited by those too!

I'm excited to hear Olive Garden and Red Lobster have GF menus! We got a gift card and were afraid to go to olive garden because there wasn't much I could eat, I thought. Thank you for this thread!

When I tell people about this fabulous site I just fitness minded Facebook. LOL. My husband reads threads and looks at progress pics with me.

I love greek yogurt. It is yummy and has higher protein count per serving size. Also love fresh fruit, and salads, and lean meats. No lunch meat or hot dogs, the sodium kills me!

You are so amazing! Thank you for sharing with us and helping us see that it can be done! You have done awesome and you should be super proud! I hope it gets easier to love yourself with practice, I am trying as well. *big imaginary hug*

I still exercise on Sundays. It is one thing I do to take care of myself. That being said, I generally only do 20 minutes or so (JIllian MIchaels dvd). Maybe walking with your family and/or picking up trash at your local park, make it service related. Or walking neighbor's dog maybe?

THere was another thread today where a lady said she bought a knee stabilizer from walmart with criss-cross straps for like $14 and it helped a lot. I have knee problems too and they hurt when I jog. I would try the shred and modify any moves that hurt your knees. If you can jog you might be able to do some of the moves. I…

I just keep it in mind when planning what to eat, and whether or not to impulse snack the next day. I normally impulse snack during a day and will mentally figure my calories to somewhat compensate for the overage the day before. Don't beat yourself up. Even at 1700 cals over, it's half a pound, it won't kill you as long…
