I like to ck the protein grams per scoop/serving, the sugar grams, and the fat grams. I prefer the ones with less sugar and fat personally, but only because I use it supplementally. I like Probolic SR in Vanilla (i think it tastes like cake batter :LOL) and SYNTHA-6 Vanilla Ice Cream.

I would just assume that he wants to be friends because he sees you there so regularly and you are a friendly face. He may feel out of place being there alone and want some company on his workout.

When I am doing heavy weight lifting my nose goes numb. Never had my toes go numb that I can recall. I personally put it down to blood flow going to more active areas.
