  • I argue with my 4 year old when he wants to turn off cartoons. I'm not done watching MICKEY!!! LOL And I still try and figure out what I wanna be "when I grow up"!
  • Oh honey, I am soooo impressed! That is such an example of dedication and hard work! You can see the new confidence you have found in your smile! Thank you for sharing with us, it's very inspiring! :drinker:
  • I think you are crazy funny!
  • You definitely don't look in your 50's. Not even on profile pic, and we all know hunting pics are kinda rough looking! Since it was a teenage boy I wouldn't worry about either comment. To them insults are like affection. I don't quite understand why, but they are. I woulda just told him that you can lose the belly but he…
  • Yeah, I loved the elliptical, so when I got one I was super excited! But I had the same issue as you, so I had to limit my time on it. It had too short a stride length for me so I had to return it, but am definitely looking for another one I can afford! Just keep trying and you will be sailing on it in no time!
  • You look amazing and so much younger! Keep up the great work!
  • Wow! People want to talk about her being fat? NO! She is not fat. SHe is just healthy! Our society has come to expect celebs to look like Gwenyth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie, and so many others that are under on "healthy" body fat %. Kim is probably at the lower end of the Healthy % as it is. I would love to have her curves,…
  • I am balance challenged also, but love yoga. I am also inflexible. I do a beginner video and just do what I can. As far as breathing thru your nose, it's completely not required. If you want to try something, go for it! I'm sure that you can find some beginner videos online to try.

  • Hear, hear!!! I love carbs too! As long as that's not all we eat, no prob!
  • I want new boobs and tummy tuck (good thing I love the kiddos that gave me mommy tummy!) but I will prob just get a new wardrobe, we want to save to buy a house so the other can wait
  • Way to go! Just keep swimming and you will be exactly where you wanna be! Congratulations and a big Buh-Bye to those Threes for ya!!
  • I would not consider myself to be overly modest, however for religious reasons, and to be fair to brethren, I too cover up when men other than family are around, even when they are my step-son and his friends. I do not believe it is fair to throw in their faces what they are to be abstaining from thinking about. I do wear…
  • You are awesome! Way to positive self talk, that is more than half the battle right there!
  • I fast one day a month, two meals during that day. I find that my stomach gets upset when I eat that evening. And I am not a very nice person in the afternoon. I wouldn't think that fasting two days a week would be good if you truly fast all 24 hours, but definitely not an expert. I am sure people do and are healthy, but…
  • LOL! I think that just the right amount of sore after leg day includes holding onto the handicapped rails in the stalls to get myself down and back up again after. Not sore enough to me is no soreness to mild soreness that I easily ignore. And I love when it hurts to laugh because of my abs.
  • I say go for it! My friends mom is prob 45-50 and she has the awesomest legs I have ever seen! She should not cover up her best asset in my opinion! And since she is comfy in short skirts she wears them regularly!
  • That I know certain people by screen name, even tho they are not on my friends list. And I have to limit myself when my hubby is around so he doesn't feel like an internet widower. Poor guy *hangs head ashamedly*
  • And even tho you hurt like crazy tomorrow, still do mild exercise, like walking, even if you can't do much else. It helps the soreness go away faster.
  • Anybody who gets offended at a little lifting noise should visit my family room on lift night. My husband scares small children and dainty ladies regularly! LOL! If you are "heavy lifting" and not making any noise, you aren't heavy lifting!! Just sayin'!
  • I haven't done it for Shred, but I put on my mp3 player for RIpped in 30 and it didn't mess with me. I didn't pick any specific speed or anything. I do Shred with a friend so I just chat with her, or complain with her depending on the day!
  • I know I have the same problem. I finish things that I am just "over" taste wise, even if it is supposed to be a treat. I am trying to be more conscious, but sometimes the ingrained habits of not wasting food pushes me through before I notice. Sorry your cheesecake went awry!

  • Yeah the other levels are a lot harder, I would jump up to level II if one is too easy. I think Shred and RIpped are hard in different ways. I alternate them, when I work out with one friend we do Shred, and another friend and I do RIpped.
  • Amazing results! I am thrilled for you! Way to go and just keep on losing!
  • I use Kirkland's natural PB found at Costco. It literally only has peanuts and salt (which means they do recommend refrigerating it) and only has something like 85mg sodium per 2Tbsp. Only 2G sugar. And saturated fats only 3G out of total fat 15G. Not as bad as some regular commercial peanut butters! I love peanut butter…
  • The 1200 guideline is for most people, but since you are petite, I would think that you should be fine. If you are not hungry, and are still losing, I wouldn't worry. But you might thing about setting for 0.5lbs lost, which would mean that you wouldn't need as much of a deficit. Just an idea, I have lots of 'em but don't…
  • You are def amazing! And the ten lb diff pic look a lot diff too! Lots of muscle building! Way to go!!
  • Fantastic! I'm so excited for you!

  • I have Ripped in 30 and like it, also! It's pretty intense, but each day it gets easier.
  • Symmetry is important!! LOL!
