  • Military women. Chewing with mouth open. Talking with food in mouth. Body odor. Promiscuity. Stupidity. Pretentiousness.
  • My laptop (Windows 7 based) gets 9.5 hours on a full charge and I don't get angry/upset/scared when I drop it, bang it against things, or spill liquid on it. PC - Business Class ONLY. I'll never go consumer-class ever again.

  • At this point, I would consider myself a low-sodium professional. I'm glad to see that you're focusing more on the sodium than calories or carbs! That's what I've been doing for quite some time and it certainly works. I'll just list it out for you, if that helps: - Chicken (Be careful of seasoning... I prefer it plain) -…
  • By the way, I know how easy it is to go and buy McDonald's. They're only open 24/7 and offer full meals when everywhere else is closed. Even junk food, because there's no preparation involved when you need something the most during those late cramming nights. I guess to point you in the right direction; I'll tell you what…
  • Everybody is different but I'm slowly getting back on track. I've now successfully gone to the gym 3 times this week, tonight being my 4th. Before this, I was sedentary and didn't do anything. I'm a full-time student, part time worker, military/extracurricular obligations, etc. I kept telling myself that I had no time to…
  • Or if you go to the gym and take protein and stuff... Protein not only fills up the tummy but, if done correctly, the thought of food will make you sick. Well, at least it does for me. As always, what works for me may not work for the rest of the world. But, hey, it's an idea!
  • The recommendation is that you consume no more than 2400mg. So 2500 should really be the max. Americans overkill it with condiments and other additives to food. Your body only requires 500mg of sodium to function under normal circumstances. That's why I aimed for 1500, I figured the median would give desirable/healthy…
  • That Chili killed you. Look out for any food that has sodium doubling the calories. Look at the menu's at McDonald's or other fastfood chains. You'll see how horrible those foods are and why you feel the urge to drink so much (of whatever) when eating their food. Because there is so much sodium you feel parched. Hopefully…
  • The more sodium you take in, the more water you should drink to offset it. I haven't looked at your sodium intake, but I'll take a look in a second. I just remember that when I would go over 1500mg's of sodium, I would try and drink 1 cup for every 100mg I went over. That could be overkill but I really hated sodium.
  • True, I missed this. Sodium is really important as it promotes triglyceride (fat) retention. Be weary of things like table salt, etc. The 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend about 2,300mg of sodium per day... I would work hard to aim for 1,500. That's what I did, and I would only really get upset with myself if…
  • Looks quite good to me! I'm not sure what type of bread is listed in your diary, but what really helped me out is changing out all of my bread to Multi-Grain Whole Wheat bread. It's not as soft as white bread but it's exponentially better for you. Keep up the hard work, don't do what I did!
  • 1. You have never lived a life at all until you have done something for someone else who can never repay you. 2. Learn to respect yourself and truly fall in love with who you are, then others will see your love for life. 3. Don't ever allow for another person's success to play a part in your viewed downfall, learn from…
  • I am DEFINITELY going to try this
  • http://www.brevilleusa.com/affiliate/landing/JoinTheReboot Here's a good place to start. I haven't conducted enough research on juicers yet so I don't know if the price is totally worth it. I've looked at jcpenny's and found juicers for $50. Sometimes the extra price is worth the great quality.
  • One of the issues that I am running into with all of this is a few things... - This lifestyle is expensive, at one point in the documentary they say that it costs about $14/day (I guess it depends on what you do) - The juicer itself is expensive! I'm looking at the Breville's now and the one that I'd like to get is $150…
  • I tried an experiment with my body (yup, I'm that guy). I got up to 230 lbs, and then I made sure that my sodium intake was under 1500 calories/day. I ended up losing 30 lbs in 6 weeks. I got up to 230 lbs, and then I went with MFP and I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks (STILL PRETTY GOOD). You're more than welcome to try things…

  • Well if you have Android, the mobile app is pretty cool. I definitely like it a lot as it's very difficult to become bored with G+ (in my opinion)
  • Sent and sent.
  • Yeah, I don't mind if any of you add me on there. I'm fairly active on G+ (way more than I am on Facebook) https://plus.google.com/109226751785283708886/
