(I almost missed this post) I believe I found the article you had read and may be referring to, so in response to your post: Does Facebook, really? Again, in response to your claims, Facebook does not offer any additional privacy features over Google+. If you refer to section 3, Name and Profile Picture, in Facebook's…

Can't get you an invite without an email lol
-
Invites open again, for those of you who I had promised an invite to =X
-
That all depends what level =p I wouoldn't mind working for Booz or Lockheed in the future

I think that this is a great model to follow. Lifting is a great way to purge all of that pent up stress from the workday.
-
If you work out in the morning, you really need to make sure you're hydrating well the day before. Drinking close to 64 oz of water. When I exercise in the morning, I perform my best when I am well-hydrated and worst when I didn't drink much the day before. I am a morning lifter/runner. I do make exceptions on weekends,…

They literally give you as many invites as you want until they've reached capacity. Yesterday I invited an awful amount of people
-
Yeah, I just tried inviting two people and Google has reached their limit. It's a 48-hour turnaround for increasing their capacity. I feel bad that I've hyped everybody up and now we can't even invite them. What a tease; sorry everyone! =[

Yes, but if you are using Facebook then you're subjecting yourself to this same risk. By using any social networking site, for that matter, you run this risk. So in response to Google+ ToS Section 11, part 1, if you are already on a social networking website... This really shouldn't be of any concern to you.

I'm going to update my initial post as well as say it here: If you would like an invite, I will need your email. You can either post it here (if you just dgaf) or you can message it to me for enhanced privacy. I'll also add you to an MFP circle that I will create =] When you do setup your profile, you can add me to a…

"We Live for the Music" by Robbie Rivera "Work Hard, Play Hard" by Tiësto Ft. Kay "You Used to Hold Me" by Calvin Harris "Cinema" by Benny Benassi Ft. Gary Go Just to list a few that I really like before I go into further detail to find that you aren't liking this music AT ALL lol. I'm a club head.

Genre?
-
I'm curious about this too...

Welcome, best weight loss site I've found and it's FREE. I've found (many other MFP members can attest) that the more consistently you login, the more success you will find in your weight loss endeavors

It's tough to eat well, but what you need to do is find things that you can eat which fill you up. After doing that for a while your body will get used to filling up on small portions. I've been at this for 4 weeks now (this will be week 5) and last night I tried eating a ton of food and had stomach aches for the rest of…

A few rock (Heavy Metal) songs I like: "Remember to Forget" by Otep "Bay of Pigs" by The Acacia Strain "Wicked World" by Cold "Perseverance" by Hatebreed I've found that some people with like one of these but hate another. I listen to these and many others of the genre while lifting, I can't run to this music just as I…

I am not really a fan of Pandora... The people who "listen to the same music as me" have really poor taste. Instead, I like running to dance/mashup mixes (it gets the blood flowing for me) So I recommend: iClub (Mixes of today's most popular trance/electronic music) http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/iclub/id317125603…

I often compare my HRM to the machines.. well I only use the treadmill but still. Anyways, the treadmill is usually only 30 - 70 calories off depending on how long I go. The longer I go, the more inaccurate it gets obviously. It's usually when I go for anywhere above 40 minutes where it starts getting inaccurate. Knowing…

Whoa, explain the fighter diet to me please! It sounds intriguing
-
A bag of baby carrots (beware, they last for a long time)
-
fix your routine to include no rest days then =] ... Your body does need time to repair, of course; however, I feel better with heavy cardio on my "rest" days from lifting. Revise your routine to work well for what YOU desire
-
I should've just said this^^

From my experiences.... Eating like poop makes me feel really bad. This doesn't stop me from cheating every once in a while, the next day I usually have a hard time eating anything unhealthy due to my extreme guilt haha This week was probably one of the worst weeks I've had on this weight loss feat as I've indulged in all…
-
yuuup same here, I could use some motivational support with my poor tendencies
-
Eat full-fat cheese! (look it up if you're asking why anyone would recommend full-fat vs. fat-free)
-
It's okay to cheat sometimes... just don't do what I did where I go out at midnight on a McDonald's run because I have no integrity. At least you still have your integrity
-
"Strength Training" can be found under cardio exercises. The calories are pretty accurate I'd say (depending on how hard you work)
-
This is true... I don't feel like I'm addicted to it yet because I don't freak out when I have my coffee.. But since I work at a coffee company I do drink a ton of coffee and even more caffeine than the average person at times. Hopefully I never get to the point where I have to quit caffeine like you all! Kudos to…
-
Wait.. why do people go on no caffeine diets? (I was just wondering the reason)

Oh, wow. Kinect too? You must have some money to throw around! He Kinect costs almost as much as the system. I just bought L.A. Noire. It's definitely an adults game but the animations are something I've never seen before. All of the characters in the game were programmed with micro-expressions! *edit* I saw "Fitness" just…
